Is dog training (shock) collars safe and work?
I am thinking of using a Training Collar to teach my limits dog. I have to be able to keep the belt off, shock collars are not inhumane. Yes they are safe to use. They do not give a sharp blow. Yes I tried in my own arm before ever putting it in the dog. Properly used as a training tool work very well for certain things.
