What is the best outdoor Ultrasonic Bark devices can use to control my neighbor's dog barking?

The dog keeps me awake at night and I can not take it anymore. Someone please help!

Yes I agree with the first poster. Most ultra bark plugs Sonic does not work so well. They work on the premise that the dog barks it will be bad enough to stop, which is often not the case and punish all dogs in the area, even if they are not barking.
