Anyone know where I can buy some small custom woven labels sometimes circuit?

I'm in the process of setting up a company making Dog Collars, and need a small loop sometimes cloud our company name printed on them. As we are only testing the waters for a start, ideal would be that I'm looking for a relatively small order (200 ish?). A few sellers on eBay Find a good bet, but the only problem is they charge a fixed amount without regardless of size – our label only have 3 and will start very small. I am also looking for a label in black with white. Someone have any idea, any reputable companies? Regards, Clara
